Early and timely registration is important to ensure that we can meet the needs of each delegation and prepare an extraordinary experience for you.

Registration for Yale MUN Korea XIII will close on X and be considered on a rolling basis. Due to increasing conference demand and our desire to provide the best conference experience possible, we encourage delegations to register early to avoid being placed on our waitlist. Please note, for a registration to be considered complete and processed, the full registration payment must be received. Please refer to the Registration Timeline and Conference Fees below for more detailed information.

Note: We welcome individual delegate registration! On the registration platform, please put your name as the delegation name and the delegation leader and ask a parent or guardian fill out the Liability Waiver and Advisor agreement as your advisor.

Registration Timeline

• June 15, 2024 – Registration and Financial Aid Applications opens.

• August 15, 2024 – Early Registration closes.

• September 1, 2024 – Financial Aid applications due.

• September 22, 2024 – Regular Registration closes.

• September 30, 2024 – Visa Letter requests due.

• November 28 - 30, 2025 – Yale Model United Nations Korea XIII

Registration Fee

The registration fee below is for YMUN Korea XIII only. YMUN Korea XIII will not provide accommodations for participating delegates, advisors, and parents. However, we will provide a list of recommended hotels. Please arrange individual accommodations in advance.

Yale MUN Korea is committed to accessibility – if fees pose a financial difficulty for individual delegates or delegations, please consider applying for financial aid.

REGISTRATION FEE

  • Delegate Fee:

    • Early Registration: $240 per delegate

    • Regular Registration: $270 per delegate

Registrations will not be considered complete and processed until the full registration payment is received.

REFUND POLICY

  • When a refund is requested on or before October 15th, a full refund will be given.

  • After October 15th, no refund requests will be accepted.
